Simplifying Public Access: Redesigning Authorities' Interface
MyVisit app is a digital service that helps users schedule appointments with government and local authorities worldwide.
Challenge
MyVisit is a scheduling platform for government offices. Through my user research, I identified key issues, including login difficulties, slow performance, limited appointment availability, and challenges in managing family appointments.
Results
The redesigned interface features a clean, clutter-free interface, making it easier for users to navigate and access essential features. I addressed challenges by streamlining the login process and optimizing the overall interface for a more efficient, intuitive, and seamless user experience.
